With the explosion of the AI era in 2023, leveraging our years of experience in the design, development, and production of plush toys, we established an AI project team to enter the AI field of plush toys and expand their market reach

From the project’s inception, the core team aimed to independently develop the core server algorithm while integrating domestic mainstream AI large models, achieving the goal of autonomous originality and independent technical ownership for the project.

1. Project Background

    Since 2023, the AI industry has entered a period of explosive growth. Intelligent interaction and emotional companionship have become new mainstream trends in the consumer market. Young people face heavy workplace pressure and often live alone, creating strong demand for lightweight, warm and secure intelligent companion products.

Traditional plush toys only serve ornamental and playful purposes. With fixed forms and limited functions, they lack intelligent interaction and cannot meet young people’s needs for emotional comfort. On the other hand, conventional smart devices feel cold during interaction and carry privacy risks, failing to deliver a relaxing and healing companion experience. There is an obvious product gap in the market.

Drawing on our years of experience in original plush toy design, mass production and quality control, we seize the opportunity brought by AI transformation and rising youth consumption. We have established a dedicated AI project team to enter the new track of AI-powered smart plush toys. Breaking away from the positioning of traditional children’s toys, this project targets young consumers, focusing on smart companion features that deliver trendiness, healing and safety. We empower traditional fabric products with AI technology, break inherent industry limitations, and create a new lightweight intelligent companion for young users.

2. Core Technology Philosophy

    From the very beginning of the project, we set core R&D goals: independent and controllable technology, safety priority and youth-oriented adaptation. We reject the extensive industry practice of applying generic models and outsourced OEM development. Our technical framework combines independently developed core server algorithms with mainstream large models.

By building underlying code and independently tuning core algorithms, the project achieves full original research and development. It holds complete and independent technical intellectual property rights. Free from over-reliance on external technology, we retain the capability for long-term independent iteration, customized functions and scenario upgrades.

Data & Privacy Security: Leveraging self-developed server algorithms, user conversation data is encrypted in transmission and stored locally in lightweight form. It avoids excessive cloud data collection and leakage risks, keeping user interaction privacy fully controllable and traceable.

Content Interaction Security: Equipped with a youth-oriented dedicated content risk control system. It filters negative, extreme and misleading content in real time. Interactions remain pure, positive and healing to fit young users’ daily venting and stress relief needs.

Hardware & Material Safety: Adopting high-standard plush manufacturing processes with eco-friendly flexible materials. The products are odor-free, free of sharp structures and skin-friendly for close contact and daily use, balancing appearance, touch and safety.

4. Product Positioning & Core Functions

    Our product is positioned as an exclusive smart plush companion for young people. Different from traditional children’s early education toys, it focuses on four major scenarios: emotional companionship, stress relief, fun interaction and life assistance.

Built on our self-controlled underlying technical architecture, product capabilities can be continuously iterated and upgraded.
